I’m Dan — founder of Mind Menda.
My background spans high-pressure environments, professional bullfighting, and years of personal rebuilding. I’ve lived what it’s like to operate on instinct, push through without pause, and rely on patterns that once served a purpose — until they didn’t.
The work I do today is grounded in understanding how the mind operates beneath conscious awareness. Through Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), lived experience, and honest conversation, I help people slow things down, recognise what’s running automatically, and choose a different way forward.
I don’t believe in fixing people. I believe in helping them.
